How do I know if my market is still available?
The fastest way is to book a free strategy call. We check market availability in real time on the call. We only work with one roofing company per geographic market — once a city or metro is taken, it's closed. If your market is available, we'll confirm it immediately. No waiting, no runaround.
What does the strategy call actually involve?
It's a 30-minute call. We cover three things: (1) confirm whether your market is available, (2) walk you through a live demo of the system, and (3) give you an honest estimate of what to expect in your specific market. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 3–5 business days from signing to campaigns going live. Day 1: strategy session. Days 2–3: build your ad campaigns, AI flows, follow-up sequences. Day 4: integrate with your calendar and CRM, run test leads. Day 5: go live. You review and approve everything before it launches.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the system?
None at all. We handle the entire technical setup — ad accounts, AI configuration, CRM integration, calendar setup. Your job is to take the qualified calls that land on your calendar and close jobs. The most technical thing you'll do is share your calendar link during onboarding.
Do I need to already be running Facebook ads?
No. We build and manage everything from scratch. If you already have a Facebook ad account, that's helpful — but it's not required. We set up a fresh campaign structure optimized specifically for roofing lead generation in your market.
How does the AI know if a lead is qualified?
The AI was built specifically for roofing — not a generic chatbot. It asks a structured series of questions to surface the signals that matter: Is this person the homeowner? Are they in your service area? What type of project is it? What's their timeline? A lead only passes to your team when all key criteria are confirmed.
What happens to leads the AI can't qualify?
They're logged in your dashboard with their full conversation history, so you can review them if you want. But they never reach your sales team's phone. Unqualified leads are marked and removed from active follow-up sequences automatically — protecting your team's time completely.
What does the automated follow-up look like?
After initial contact, the system follows up across SMS, email, and Messenger using a sequence of 8–12 touchpoints spread across 21 days. The messages are conversational and personalized — not spammy blasts. The sequence automatically stops the moment a prospect books or opts out.
Can I see what the AI is saying to my leads?
Yes — every conversation is logged and visible in your real-time dashboard. During onboarding, you review and approve all conversation scripts before they go live, so you know exactly what the AI is saying on your behalf. You can request changes to the messaging at any time.
Does the system handle insurance and storm damage claims?
Yes. Storm damage and insurance claim jobs have strong urgency signals — the AI is trained to identify and prioritize these. If your business focuses heavily on insurance work, we configure the qualification criteria and ad targeting to specifically attract and qualify storm-damage homeowners.
How quickly will I start seeing leads?
Most clients see their first leads within 24–48 hours of campaigns going live. Lead volume typically increases through weeks 2–4 as targeting gets refined. The first week is a learning period — the algorithm is optimizing and we're monitoring performance closely.
How many leads can I expect per month?
This depends on your market size, ad budget, and competition. We give you an honest estimate on the strategy call after reviewing your specific market. We optimize for qualified leads — not raw volume. A smaller number of well-qualified leads that convert is worth far more than a flood of unqualified contacts.
How is this different from HomeAdvisor or Angi?
Bought leads are shared with 3–5 contractors simultaneously — everyone races to call the same homeowner. Peak Logic leads are generated exclusively for you, in your market, with no other contractor receiving the same contact. The AI also qualifies leads before they reach you, so you're not wasting time on tire-kickers.
What if leads don't show up to appointments?
No-shows are dramatically reduced by the qualification and reminder process. Because every booked appointment is pre-qualified, show rates are substantially higher than industry average. The system also sends automated SMS reminders the day before and morning of every appointment. No-shows are rescheduled automatically.
What if I'm not happy with lead quality?
Tell us immediately. Lead quality feedback is one of the most important inputs we use to optimize campaigns. If you're consistently seeing leads that don't match your criteria, we dig into the conversation data, adjust AI scripts, tighten targeting, or update ad creative. This is an active optimization process — never set and forget.
How much does Peak Logic cost?
We discuss pricing on the strategy call after reviewing your market and expected results. Pricing is structured around the value delivered — not a flat fee that ignores how big or competitive your market is. We're not the cheapest option, and we're intentional about that.
Is there a long-term contract?
We discuss contract terms on the strategy call. We're not in the business of locking unhappy clients into long agreements. That said, onboarding takes real time and investment on our side, so we ask for a minimum initial commitment to give the system enough time to optimize and deliver results.
Does ad spend come out of my own budget?
Yes. Your Facebook ad spend goes directly to Meta through your own ad account — it never passes through us. We manage the campaigns and optimization, but the ad budget is yours and you have full visibility into every dollar. We'll recommend a starting budget based on your market size during the strategy call.
Do you offer a guarantee?
No one can honestly guarantee a specific number of closed jobs — that depends on your sales team, pricing, and market conditions outside our control. What we commit to is delivering qualified leads, a professionally managed campaign, and ongoing optimization. If lead volume or quality falls below agreed benchmarks, we address it immediately.
What CRM systems do you integrate with?
We integrate with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and most other major CRMs used in home services. If you're using a different system, let us know on the strategy call. We can also work with a simple Google Sheet if you don't currently use a CRM.
What calendar tools does the booking system work with?
The appointment booking system integrates directly with Google Calendar, Calendly, and most CRM-native scheduling tools. We set this up and test it during onboarding so appointments flow automatically to wherever your team manages their schedule. No manual syncing required.
Is my lead data secure?
Your lead data is yours. We use it solely to manage your campaigns and optimize performance — it is never sold, shared with other clients, or used for any other purpose. Our systems use industry-standard encryption and access controls. You can request a full export of your data at any time.
Do I need a Facebook Business Manager account?
Yes — you'll need a Facebook Business Manager account and a Facebook Page for your roofing company. If you don't have these set up, we'll walk you through it during onboarding. It typically takes 15–20 minutes. The ad campaigns run through your account so you retain full ownership of all campaign data.
